Quick and Amazing Fruit Tart Dessert

So I prepared this beautiful display and spent some extra time making it look fun and festive. I woke up and looked out the window to appreciate all the hard work my husband does everyday to provide our Beautiful home for us so I can enjoy every moment while I work from home providing training and service to all my students. And take part in our wonderful Wine Membership Program like I do. We have always been really big on American Flags my Wedding Theme was all American Flags Military family here. Son was in the Coast Guard\ and my Husband is a Navy Veteran. SO I decided to do a theme “American Flags”. I dressed the part and color coordinated all the containers and fruits to match Red, White and Blue.

Next part will blow your mind but totally a Candi-Isum as we call it. I forgot to take pictures of my set up process and display. Extremely bummed. Did get one image of the Fruit Tart not the Red, White, and Blue one but should all be in the video.

More Than Muse

I chose to Pair my Quick Amazing Fruit Tart Dessert with our More Than Muse Cabernet 2017. The flavors that come out when you decanted the wine for at least 20 minutes an hour is perfect. Now enjoy the magic. Black pepper and spice set you up for intoxicating flavors of cocoa and plum in this opulent Cabernet. A rich mouthful with a finish that seems to go on forever with coffee and chocolate. If you would like to learn more about our Wine membership, your welcome to take a Journey over to Wine Magic page and learn everything you’ll need to plus your welcome to join our Club from there as well.

Process is very simple 15 minutes or less Ready to Enjoy and Eat!

Gather your Ingredients:

  • 1 bag-Sandies Shortbread Classic brand is “Keebler” yellow bag
  • 1-5.9oz box- JELL-O Instant Vanilla Pudding Flavor ( NOTE: to self make sure you get the 5 minute pudding mix or you will make the mistake I did with the second Tart I made and it takes 3 hours for Pudding to do its thing).
  • 3/4 Stick- of Real Butter melted in microwave 30 seconds
  • 3 Cups- of Whole Milk for the Pudding Mix

Toppings Of your Choice

  • Pick up 2 -6 of your very favorite fruits
  • Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Kiwi, Fresh Blueberries, Fresh Blackberries and Fresh mangos ( Slice them all, use a hard boil egg slicer if you have one makes life so much easier).
  • My son very favorite which he has never had he will be 15 next month was Peach slices from a can. Yummy

FYI: inside trick and you just need a pinch in each bowl with each fruit add for flavor spoon of sugar oh my I think I just might go get myself a serving now.

Utensils and things to help make your job so much easier:

  • Food Processor
  • Tray for your fruit Tart 9×6 or cup cakes the guys really liked but make sure to not put so much of the cookie crust it expands.
  • 2- large mixing bowl
  • Hand Mixer is best I tried both and just old fashion Mixer
  • If you would like A Pitcher for the pudding makes things easier when pouring into the Tart but can do fine without.

Now the Good stuff How to make this Quick Amazing Fruit Tart Dessert

First, you get the cookies place them into the food Processor and grind up all the cookies really fine. Pour that into one of the mixing bowls. Second, you get your 3/4 stick of melted butter pour it into the ground cookie bowl. Mix the two together until you have a consistency of moist cookie dough. ( If you need to add a little more recipe asks for 1 cup I was trying to see how much less I could bring the butter down got it to work with 3/4 cup). Next, step is to take that cookie dough and pour it all in your cooking pan. I used disposable easy clean up. And even it all out and up the sides of the entire pan or tray make sure it comes up to the top of the rim. Use the bottom of a measuring cups to even it out and (I used my hands Because I cook with throw away gloves it makes things so much easier). Now set the tray aside.

Time to make the PUDDING

First, pour the 3 cups of milk into the bowl and very important to put milk into bowl first so you don’t get clumpy pudding. DON”T FORGET IT ISN’T THE SAME CLUMPY. Second, get the pudding mix I had my son pour it in tothe milk very slow while I mixed and never stopped for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes consistency should be perfect. I poured mine into a jug. Because I made cup cake tarts as well and didn’t want a big mess. It made thing simple and clean. Next, once you have putting poured into the cookie crumbs tray take that tray tap it about 4-6 times on counter and it evens the pudding for you. Place it in fridge for 5 minutes.

End Result is mouth Watering Quick Amazing Fruit Tart Dessert the entire family will love it

After 5 minutes and your welcome to leave it in there for a few hours it’s yummy either way. Take Tart out of fridge place all your berries and fruits pretty on the top and your are finished making an Amazing Fruit Tarty Dessert in less than 15 minutes.
