Crafting with Candi that is me. My name says enough. I’ve never seen Candy Spelt the way my father named me (Candi), I’m Unique. Crafting is my most favorite hobby to do next to spending time with my sons and loved ones. Since I can remember I have been a craft Girl. I started collecting stickers and trading them at 5 years old with my lil sister. I was beading and going searching for bead since 6 years old with my mom at the beach every summer. We made everything from our Halloween costumes, wedding decorations, to party favors and every Church outting we had which we had so many.
Crafting can range from Beading Jewelry to sewing with my mother, to painting 800 rocks in my garden for me. Either way, my most relaxed times are when I am crafting in some sort of way. Every day in my life I have to at least take one moment to go to either my workshop in my garage or out in my beautiful garden in front of my home and be creative. Once you’ve seen what you can create from all my ideas, you too would enjoy crafting. I’m still updating all my images and unique designs I have created throughout the past years. I spent about 3 months uploading videos from my entire life of crafting. It takes a lot of dedicated hours to create a YouTube and keep it going. But I have promised myself this past Tuesday that I must put my why first in my GOALs which are my sons and Granddaughter, so I must never use them as my excuse to why I can’t get things done. It’s really changed things this past week. Yes, I know one week isn’t long at all, but it’s a start.

I will be creating a gallery of a lot of the different arts and crafts I do in my spare time. Here is a teaser for now. I make almost anything custom. I will customize anything you want something Blinged out you have it, I will provide the sworovski Crystals. Which are the only brand I work with really and I will customize any of my work if requested. One of my very favorites is my Bling American Flag Beanie Bear. Spangle sold online for $1200.00 last year this is my second one I am doing for another special order which will sell on eBay. Just been so busy with work haven’t had time to finish the blinging out.

Fairy Garden Hand crafted for my granddaughter with love
My grand daughter Everly Jane Black, she was born in Alaska on November 28th 2018. Her mother mentioned to me once that she would love to have a fairy garden for Everly. So of course, I took it into my own hands to create that so she could give Everly her own fair garden. Dumb thing to do. First, a piece of advice: Don’t spend hundreds of dollars and many hours ever without making sure first that its something they will appreciate. It was absolutely beautiful. I bought 10-20 different size fairy houses and placed them throughout my front yard with all sorts of accessories I bought to create a beautiful fairy village. Lakes and ponds, animals, trees and so many different small figures. It was very magical.
“American Flag Corn Hole”.
I made these from scratch for my husband’s 50th surprise birthday, I threw Him! Crafting with Candi you never know what I will do next.These are Corn Hole Boards, I cut each part, and designed them myself. I used the measurements from the professional rules so that he would use them. These two pieces came out amazing. The hardest part was keeping them a secret from Brent for the 3 weeks it took me to make. Plus, it was the middle of winter.
I’ll share a brief story with you. So I have my business from home. I woke up like 7am every morning back then which was 3 years ago. He leaves to work at 3am- home by 2pm. So, you can probably imagine I was rushing to fit taking kids to school, rushing home working with all my students, and website. I had like 1 hour tops every other day to work on it. Set up and clean up alone took 20 minutes. Then it would be time to pick my son up from school. My husband was my boyfriend at the time of his 50th taking place.
But one again, Candice pulled off the impossible and amazed myself. I achieved every part of his 50th birthday, planning the entire 50th. This by far was the biggest surprise and wonderful experience of a lifetime for him. It was spectacular.
