Fight or Flight Response

The fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction to something that has happened to you before, so your first response is to run or avoid that feeling from the event, attack or threat. But when handled appropriately you can redirect those physiological thoughts that are wrong and retrain them to believe a new thought pattern over time. Fight or Flight Response

The 5-second rule If you say 5-4-3-2-1 your never going to feel ready to do something that makes us feel uncomfortable, and then you will never change. our brains do whats comfortable. Instincts come alive and we need to step in and not pull back. Go against your feelings is your choice. Your thoughts and feelings aren’t always your choice your brain controls that on memory. but your action and how you react to your thoughts and feelings is all your choice. Do you think you have the ability to control your thoughts and feelings if what matters is something that doesn’t agree with those stored thoughts or feelings? Yes, of course, you are the only one who has the control. So push yourself to do what doesn’t feel comfortable.

Thoughts and Feeling or Action

At the end of the day what we are all missing is do we have control over what matters(ACTIONS) and do we take control over our thoughts and feelings. The answer is we do have control the question is do you? Only you have control! And only you know if you are doing what you need to do to be the best person, be productive, have a purpose and fulfill that purpose. Positive thinking comes from within.

5 Second Rule

Life Hack that “Mel Robbins” Created, 5 Second Rule. Your mind is going to always choose what is comfortable so you need to count back 5-4-3-2-1 by the time you say 1 you should already be doing the uncomfortable because now your brain’s neurons are being reprogrammed. But you only have that 5 seconds to retrain your brain that the uncomfortable is comfortable. When you choose to take action and move past the thought or feeling within that 5 seconds, you have taken the first step to trick your brain into thinking those thoughts or feelings aren’t real and now the new action you choose to do is real so you’re reprogramming your brain. Fight or Flight Response is being tested. And eventually, it will become a memory which is where our brain gathers it’s information from. Subconsciously!
