Hi, I’m going to share with you a little background on who Rory Ricord is and why he is such an amazing human and servant to so many of us. Servant, positively he has done so much for so many. He provides service and a way of life for all of us, here in the RRR247 community. This is what I mean when I say, servant. He has been an expert advertiser since 1989. He appreciates every moment of his journey to where he is now. Therefore, I know there is a sure “thing” with Marketing. Something about the way he teaches us or trains us with his wife Tanya’s amazing energy that makes things around here not seem like work but more like a fun energizing atmosphere constantly.
Rewards are a must and a leader is all you should ever strive to be.
Also, you will soon find out that when you are fantastic at it, it is something that gains praise and recognition in a big way. While the paycheck size is always a key point of interest, so are the perks and rewards that come with it. Rory has expressed to us all here that the bonuses, awards (he always talks about if we all could just see his Storage Space that is consumed by plaques, statues, orbs, and trophies) and above all for him, are the incentives and award trips. Which I have been able to enjoy the Incentives or Award Trips. And from this point forward I will never miss another award trip or Leadership trip as I just missed the one RRR247 just had. Bummer.
Rory expresses to us all often, that he has received award trips to incredible destinations. From South Africa, Australia (several destinations), the Bahamas, Mexico (countless times), Hawaii, Bali, Canada (BC, Calgary, Ontario), all over Florida. So many places and times in the Caribbean, it is almost like it was a lifetime there alone. He enjoys and yet never ends the thirst for what is available to him at any of these destinations.

Besides all the different destinations that Rory states he has been to many times repeatedly. Then he said the countless “BIG GIFTS” and “Promotional Swag” that comes with it. Incredible dinners, incredible bottles of wines, whiskeys, scotch, Vodka, Tequila, and many spirits that come with it.
I can elaborate on this a bit because, In my short 5 years of marketing, I have experienced some of these finer things. The upgraded Suites. The complimentary trip and able to have my 14-year-old son tag along with me on one of my Leadership award trips I just won this previous year. They spoiled both of us.
Fine Wines were unbelievable until you try do not knock them
I got my very own suite. Each dinner we went two which we went to three of the four nights out to top-notch restaurants. Was Rory ordered us 2-4 bottles of the most expensive wine anywhere from$500- to $1000 a bottle? The last night at dinner each of our 4-course meals cost $375 a meal then we had 2 bottles of the best wine at $450 each. It was absolutely amazing unexplainable.
And as many drinks of my choice. My son said the best part was when he noticed it didn’t matter how much any of the drinks or food cost. What we wanted we could get. It was just ordered what you want and if you don’t like to order something else. At the end of dinner, I believe they just paid the tab and didn’t even look at the cost of the meal. It was what it was, and that’s all that mattered so pay the bill, and we were on our way. All the finer things represent you are a kick-ass marketer. The gratitude for honing in your craft all these years.
